2. The special surface treatment for the connecting rod's ball joint shoe effectively reduces the friction between the shoe and the crankshaft.
3. The product has high output power, and the minimum total efficiency is as high as 90%.
4. The compound sealing between the housing and plunger ensures reliable sealing and extremely low leakage.

Important Reminders
1. Under continuous operation conditions, the product offers nominal working pressure options of 16Mpa, 20Mpa, and 25Mpa. Lower working pressure creates longer service life, so clients can select an appropriate model in accordance with the desired lifespan.
2. The recommended case pressure is 0.1Mpa, and the peak case pressure is 0.5Mpa.
3. The theoretical output torque of the JMDG range of hydraulic motor is proportional to the pressure difference between the oil inlet and oil outlet. The actual output torque depends on the product's mechanical efficiency and load.
4. We recommend using antifriction, anti-oxidization, and anti-foaming mineral oil-based hydraulic fluid containing extreme pressure additives, so as to extend the product service life, and reduce the friction of kinematic pairs.
5. While high quality mineral oil is utilized, the optimum oil temperature is between 30℃ and 50℃, and the allowable temperature can be from -20℃ to 80℃.
6. The optimum kinematic viscosity of the hydraulic fluid is between 40mm2/s and 60mm2/s.
7. Filters of 25μm or better are recommended to be utilized for the filtering of hydraulic oil.
8. The drainage pipe has to be positioned in such a way that there is always sufficient hydraulic oil inside the housing, so as to lubricate the moving parts inside the motor and reduce friction. Thus, the product's lifespan is extended.
